Hey guys, I want to share a really positive experience with the customer service team at EastEssence. So, I ordered about 5 tunics and 5 abayas. I ordered a lot because I really love the high quality this store offers. After waiting, my package still hadn't arrived after 8 days. When I checked, I realized I had entered the wrong shipping address. I immediately contacted their customer service, and even though it was my mistake, they helped me with so much patience and attention to detail. They professionally guided me through solving the issue, and in the end, I got my order. I've never encountered such helpful customer service before, MasyaAllah. No wonder they have so many loyal customers. Great job, EastEssence—you are truly the best!
